- Use GuardianAI, an AI-powered video surveillance platform for educational institutions that detects physical violence and bullying in real time. The system analyzes movement patterns from camera feeds and sends instant alerts to school administrators via a web dashboard and Telegram notifications. No facial recognition is used — privacy is preserved by design.
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events.

- Website Demo: We process user-uploaded video content using third-party GPU infrastructure (Modal.com) for real-time violence detection. Video frames are processed and immediately discarded.
- On-Premise School Software: For educational institutions using our platform, GuardianAI operates strictly on local school hardware (on-premise). Video streams do not leave the school's local network. Only text-based alerts are transmitted to authorized administrators via Telegram. GuardianAI acts solely as a Data Processor on behalf of the institution (the Data Controller).
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties.
How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
- Personal Information Provided by You: Names, contact or authentication data, email addresses, job titles.
- Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.
- Social Media Login Data: We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files.
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services.
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
GOOGLE USER DATA POLICY COVENANTS
If you choose to authenticate and integrate your account using Google OAuth, GuardianAI adheres strictly to the comprehensive requirements set forth by Google. Specifically regarding Google User Data:
- What Google user data is collected: When authenticating via Google, we collect only your basic profile information (Name, Email Address) and the OpenID authentication token provided by Google. We do not request or access any other Google Workspace data (such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar).
- How your application uses Google user data: We use your Google user data exclusively to provide you with secure login authentication to the GuardianAI dashboard and to create your user profile. Your Google data is not used for any other purposes.
- With whom you share, transfer, or disclose Google user data: We do not transfer, disclose, or sell your Google user data to any third parties whatsoever (including data brokers, or for targeted advertising, or for training AI models). Data is strictly processed on our secure infrastructure solely to provide the GuardianAI service.
- Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data: Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. All Google user data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and encrypted at rest in our secured databases.
- Data retention and deletion: We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed, typically as long as your GuardianAI account remains active. You may request for your data to be deleted by contacting us at privacy@guardianai.tech, and we will permanently destroy your Google user data within the required timeframe.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
- To send administrative information to you.
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest.
- To provide our core AI surveillance service (On-Premise). For institutional clients, our software processes local camera feeds entirely on-premise. No video footage is transmitted to external servers. To improve our AI models (feedback loop), we only collect and process fully anonymized spatial data (skeletal coordinates/keypoints). This data contains no visual or biometric information and cannot be reverse-engineered to identify any individual.
- To send security alerts. We transmit text-only notifications (e.g., time, location, and incident probability) to designated school administrators via third-party services (like Telegram) using secure APIs. These alerts never contain video or image files.
- Video processing for AI analysis on the website. To process user-uploaded video content for real-time violence detection using third-party GPU infrastructure (Modal.com). Video frames are processed and immediately discarded after analysis.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason.
If you are located in the EU or UK, we rely on the following legal bases: Consent, Performance of a Contract, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests.
If you are located in Canada, we may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with third parties.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services.
6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
Our AI Products are designed for the following functions: Video analysis and Image analysis. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process. Video frames are strictly processed in real-time and immediately deleted.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.
8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the Netherlands and the United States. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information.

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
11. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from minors. Our on-premise software processes local camera feeds in real-time without storing video data.
We recognize that our Services are deployed in educational environments where minors are present. GuardianAI provides the software, but the educational institution acts as the Data Controller. It is the responsibility of the institution to obtain necessary consents from parents or guardians for video surveillance. GuardianAI acts strictly as a Data Processor: our system analyzes movement patterns in real-time, immediately discards the video frames, and does not use facial recognition. We do not store, collect, or transmit any video footage of minors to our servers. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18 outside of this defined processor relationship, please contact us at privacy@guardianai.tech.
12. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account, or contact us using the contact information provided.
13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

In Short: If you are a resident of California or other applicable states, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you.
